Project Design is “Kinderleicht” (TEDx Talk)

Recently, I gave a TEDx talk. This passage explains the title of the talk and our philosophy.

“Kinderleicht”, is a German term – like you’d guess. It’s combining “child” and “easy”. It’s usually used in the way you’d use “easy-peasy” – EVEN a kid can do it. But when I heard the quote, a second meaning came to my mind. This second meaning goes back to the roots of the word and an old wisdom. It means, “ONLY” a kid can do it – it’s only EASY if you are a kid. If you are a “pure” adult, if you take yourself too seriously, and if you’ve completely lost your imagination and playfulness, you won’t be able to do it.
