THE TRAINING IS FOR YOU, IF

you have used the Project Canvas at least twice in challenging projects and you want to further develop your expertise. Without experience about the “Project Canvas in action”, it is not recommended to follow this specific course. Instead, you could take the “Project Canvas Fundamentals” course or get in touch with us to develop a bespoke training for your needs.

WHAT IS THE TRAINING GOOD FOR?

This 1.5-day-training provides you an intensive, hands-on experience to deepen your Project Canvas expertise. You build on your existing experience with the Project Canvas and expand your methodical repertoire so that you can achieve the best possible impact – even in very complex projects. You will gain in-depth knowledge of why, how and when the Project Canvas is particularly effective. After the training, you will be able to put that knowledge into practice and master even challenging situations with ease.

HOW YOU WILL LEARN

The major part of the training will be spent on “sharing and developing knowledge and skills”. The training offers a unique team of highly experienced Project Canvas practitioners with a strong business, facilitation and academic background. They will act as coaches and take you on a journey of discovery and transformation. During this journey you’ll work closely together with other participants. Together, you will discover blind and bright spots and even greater practices of how to apply the Project Canvas. And you will understand how you can transform this knowledge into your professional practice. The first half day of the training starts with understanding the range of competencies and interests present in the room. Based on this, we will identify the topics and the “journeys” of the next day. The activities during the 1.5-day course are a balanced mix of theory and practice.

WHAT YOU COULD READ

The training offers you the opportunity to broaden and deepen your Project Canvas know-how. In the book "Over the Fence" we provide inspiring stories from various fields of application which you may find inspiring.
