WHY SHOULD YOU TAKE PART?
In this session, you will get to know innovative approaches and visual tools that make project work more fruitful and more agile. You will have the opportunity to try out tools of your choice and find out which approaches are best suited for your challenges. You will understand why agile thinking is counter-intuitive, and what you can do to foster better thinking in a project team.WHAT IS THIS EVENT EXACTLY?
It’s a high-energy workshop - a two-hours inspiration hall. The session starts with an interactive presentation (aha-moments guaranteed). Afterwards, we will work in small groups and practically apply visual tools and techniques for agile thinking. For example, you can try out the "Project Canvas", "Customer Hats" or the amazing "5 Whats". When experimenting with the tools, we will also test dialog formats to help diverse teams to “think better together”. We always work on real cases.AGENDA
